Refund & Return Policy



TASTY SWEET BITES guarantee that all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund any defective items you wish to return. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, you may exchange it and choose an item in another size or color. Candy may be returned if it is unopened and in its original condition.

Return/exchange limitations:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If 30 days have gone by since you received the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • No returns allowed on ANY opened/used items
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Tasty Sweet Bites is not responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
    • Example: Item shipped does not match item, size, color, or flavor ordered.
  • There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
    • Any item not in its original condition, unopened or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How do I return my item(s)?

  1. Contact our customer service department by phone at 561-317-6419.  Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST.
  2. TASTY SWEET BITES Customer Service Representative will process your request and assist you with return shipping.
  3. Write on your packing slip the reason for the return and indicate the item(s) that need to be corrected.
  4. Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or padded envelope along with the original packing slip.
  5. If the return is the result of our error, we will send you a prepaid UPS Ground return label via e-mail. Simply put it on your return package and mail it back to us.  We’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible!
  6. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange my online order for a different item?

  1. Write ‘EXCHANGE’ on your packing slip/shipping label, and include a note indicating your contact information and the reason for the return.
  2. If you are exchanging an item, indicate the style, color or size of your desired replacement.
  3. Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or padded envelope, along with the original packing slip and/or the information we would need to identify your original order.
  4. Unless it was our mistake, you are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information or delivery confirmation
  5. TASTY SWEET BITES is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
